We have designed a great mattress to compliment our sleeping system. Working in conjunction with Northwest Bedding we have designed a luxuriously firm mattress that is available only through E-Z Posture Products. It is made of 2 different layers of foam (of different densities) sandwiching a 2.8 inch layer of Talalay Latex, the best sleeping surface on the market today. Sleep E-Z Adjustable Pillow

The Sleep E-Z Adjustable Pillow is an adjustable support system for your head while sleeping on your side. When your head is up high enough, the tension will come off of the spinal structures and your body will relax. People need different heights on different sleeping surfaces. So we made our pillow adjustable to accommodate the differences in peoples sizes and the firmness of bed surfaces.

When you adjust this pillow correctly sleeping on your side, using just the right amount of height from the spacers, your body seems to disappear. You should rest comfortably without tossing and turning all night and wake up refreshed.

Our pillow is designed with the edge that goes at the top of your head raised up a bit from the edge that your neck rests on. This is because your spine and head need to be on the same plane as your low back and mid back. However, this plane is NOT supposed to be level. It is an incline plane because your spine is closer to the bed in the low back and further from the bed at the shoulders when lying on your side. It follows then that your neck and the top of your head should follow this same angle upward from your spine if your spine and head are to remain on the same plane.

This is the position that takes the tension off of the supportive spinal tissues and allows your body to relax.

Also… the Sleep System Pillow has slight “cupping” from the right edge to the left edge because people often put their hands under the side of their face to support their head. With this design you do not need to put your hand under your head to support it.

The pillow is put together in sections and then wrapped with softer foam for comfort. It will not flatten over time like other pillows.
